Buddha Maitreya is the embodiment of the infinite love of all the Buddhas. By relying on him through sadhana The Yoga of Buddha Maitreya, we receive special blessings to achieve all the realizations of Lamrim Kadam, and in particular the realization of the three types of love.

When one of the three types of love (affectionate love, cherishing love and wishing love) appears in our heart, our mind immediately calms down and becomes happy and beneficial. The practice of love is therefore a very powerful practice that enables us to solve our daily problems, resolve our relationship problems and progress on the path to enlightenment. It is the essential cause of all the other realizations of the Mahayana path.

We will have the very special opportunity to welcome Gen-la Kunsang for this post-festival retreat. A very privileged moment to focus on the development of this essential realisation of loving-kindness.

This retreat will be guided on the sadhana The Yoga of Buddha Maitreya and the teachings of the International Spring Festival 2025. It is open to anyone who has received the transmission blessing of this Buddha. If you have received the transmission, it is possible to attend even if you were unable to attend the festival.

This retreat will be guided in English, with simultaneous translation into French.
