This flat rate includes:

• full board (if you are off site, it doesn’t include the breakfast),
• tourist tax,
• teachings.

It is not possible to deduct options from this package (e.g. if you do not take one of the meals, they are still counted in the package). The return shuttle to Ecommoy train station at the beginning and end of your stay is free of charge.

¹ For all bookings in a lodge, double room or shared room, it is necessary to make one booking per person: only one person can book the accommodation required. If you wish to add more people to the same accommodation, you will need to make another Shared room booking for each additional person, in order to register them for meals and lessons, indicating the name of the room-mate who has booked the accommodation.

General Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition and Principal Teacher at KMC Manjushri in England, Gen-la Dekyong studied and practised with Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 30 years. Gen-la Dekyong is a Kadampa Buddhist nun and a powerful teacher with a deep understanding of the problems we face in this modern world and how we can solve them by developing the capacities of our mind through meditation and spiritual practice. Gen-la Dekyong teaches at major events around the world and is highly regarded for her ability to touch people’s hearts by showing how the Buddha’s teachings are directly relevant to their daily lives. The title ‘Gen-la’ is a respectful title traditionally given to teaching monks and nuns who are the spiritual directors or deputy spiritual directors of the New Kadampa Tradition.

This event is open and accessible to all: you don’t need to have practiced meditation, received teachings or be a Buddhist to attend.
