You may attend the first part (Friday-Sunday), the second part (Monday-Wednesday) or both. It is not possible to attend the sessions individually.

SATURDAY & SUNDAY: Drawing the Buddhas
9-10.15am: 1st and 5th session
11.30am-12.45pm: 2nd and 6th session

5-6.15pm: 3rd and 7th session
6.30-7pm: Dinner
8-9.15pm: 4th and 8th session
MONDAY: Gilding initiation
9-10.15am: 9th session

TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY: Mantra rolling and statue filling

Cost
You can view the price list here. It is provided for informational purposes only and may vary slightly.
For this art class, due to the purchase of expensive materials, we have added €7 to each session, for both full-price and reduced-price rates. Accommodations and meals remain at the same price. Please note that this cost includes taking your drawings and a golden auspicious symbol home with you.
Teacher
Gen Wangchen is one of the most skilful artists in the NTK. As a Kadampa Buddhist nun for over 40 years, she has participated in various art projects for Kadampa Temples, beginning with the Manjushri Temple. She will be in charge of the art project for the 7th Kadampa Temple for World Peace.
Can I join?
This Buddhist art course has no prerequisites.
Do I have to bring anything?
All materials will be provided. If you have any personal supplies you’d like to bring (pencils, paintbrushes, etc.), you’re welcome to do so.
