This visit formula is ideal for those who wish to rest and recharge in the peace and tranquillity of the countryside. This formula allows you to organise your day according to your needs and wishes (e.g. relaxation, reading, walking, meditation, conversation, etc..).
Included in this formula:
• Accommodation and vegetarian meals
• The provision of a box containing English books on Buddhism and meditation, and an mp3 player containing guided meditations in English
• The opportunity to converse in English or French with a Buddhist teacher and the spiritual community
• Teachings in French on Wednesday and Thursday evenings (outside the summer holidays) and group prayers in French
